Hello again all,

As of noon this morning I have made it to Columbus Ohio! I met up with brother Zane an hour or so ago & am thankful for having had a nice shower and a roof over my head.

I got absolutely soaked on my way here by rain that lasted only as long as it took me to ride here. However my spirits are still high just a bit bummed that the weather today has forced me to have to charge my Voltaic backpack via outlet power.

I am learning a lot about what to keep in mind for any future philanthropic bike rides, such as 50 miles being a very easy ride to fit into under 6 hrs. Also, that spray on sunsreen will not magically get the back of your ears. Yeah, ouch.

Hey all,

I arrived at 5:30pm & have been having a blast with the brothers of Ohio Alpha. Decided not to ride yesterday & instead started from bowling green today at 11am. Had a nice 50+ mile ride & was happy to be greeted warmly by our brothers in Ada Ohio.

Tomorow I head 30 miles south to Indian Lake to camp for a night.
